The Functional Assessment System Toolkit is a workbook with reproducible sheets.  It is designed to provide an array of tools for the collector of behavioral data and can be used with our without the !Observe software.  The F.A.S.T. was designed by the head of a university school psychology program and field tested by psychologists.
